Supporting Career-Ready* Pitt-Greensburg Students & Alumni
The Career Closet is a free resource designed to provide professional attire to Pitt-Greensburg students and alumni who are engaged in career-related pursuits including but not limited to: interviews, career and internship fairs, field experiences, and networking events.
You've forgotten your professional attire at home and need to dress for success?
Donations of new or gently- used interview attire include:
- suits
- jackets/ blazers
- structured shirts
- tops
- pants
- skirts, dresses
- ties
- accessories like handbags and padfolios (loan for a day due to limited inventory)
No appointment necessary! Visit McKenna 106 between business hours 8:30-4:30pm to try-on and take what suits you - no return required! If you are in need of additional access to the career closet, please contact mjy31@pitt.edu for assistance.
Need more options?
While effort is made to meet the needs of all students regardless of size and gender identity, there is no guarantee of successful selection with a limited inventory that is donation-based. Students are encouraged to check out the local thrift and consignment stores as well as JCPenney during Suit-up events.
Check out our local Greensburg YWCA thrift store for community programs such as PA Workwear and Working Women’s Closet - supporting career-ready community members!
