Dr. Richard E. Regelski Jr. is an Adjunct Professor in the Education Program, bringing over two decades of experience in special education leadership to the academic community. He holds a Doctor of Education in Education of Students with Mental and Physical Disabilities from the University of Pittsburgh, where he also earned a Supervisor of Special Education Certificate. His career includes serving as a Director of Special Education since 2010, where he has led initiatives in special education, gifted education, and federal programs. Richard is actively involved in professional organizations and has contributed to numerous in-service and out-of-district presentations on special education and leadership topics.
