Ceremony Ticket Information
While graduates walking in the ceremony do not need tickets, all other guests, including small children (over the age of two) and legacy presenters are required to have a ticket. Eligible graduates who RSVP to walk in the processional will be issued a maximum of six tickets for an outdoor ceremony and three tickets for an indoor ceremony. Tickets must be presented at the entrance to the ceremony location. If indoors, guests without tickets will have the option of watching the ceremony on a closed-circuit screen in Ferguson Theater or online via a live webcast.
It is rare that we are able to issue additional tickets, but all graduates will be notified by Friday, March 17 if extra tickets become available.
All students approved to graduate can RSVP beginning on January 4, 2017 and through March 15, 2017 via the web site at www.greensburg.pitt.edu/graduation.
After the RSVP deadline passes (March 15, 2017), all students will be notified when and where tickets will be available for pickup.
Please note, if you are an August 2016 or December 2016 graduate, or are unable to pick up tickets at the pre-set times, tickets can be picked up by a designated friend or family member or mailed to the address you listed when you RSVP’d.
