Career Fair Employer Information

2018 Pitt-Greensburg Career & Internship Fair

We would like to invite you to be part of the upcoming Fair at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg in April!  Students will be interested in learning more about gaining experience in their major (e.g., internships, clinical shadowing, research, and volunteer work), summer, part-time jobs, and full-time positions. Please see the list of majors, minors, certificates, and relocation programs. Please note: Space is limited, so please register as soon as possible in order to participate in this event. In an effort to support a wide variety of majors, we reserve the right to limit registration by industry and opportunities presented.

Fair Registration and Payment Information

Registration

Please take a moment to register here. Registration* includes a 6 ft. table and chair for the duration of the fair, profile inclusion in the directory, as well as lunch for up to two representatives in Wagner Dining Hall following the Fair.  Additional directory advertising opportunities and event lunches may be purchased in advance (please see below).

 

 

Payment Information for Advertising & Additional Lunch Purchases (Optional)

Should you be purchasing a directory advertisement or additional lunch, please also submit your printed, completed payment form.  Payment should be mailed with a check or money order made payable to the University of Pittsburgh Greensburg.  We ask that payments be mailed to:

Directory Information

Institution Profile

When completing your registration, we hope that you will provide a company/organization profile for the directory. Information to list might include: company overview, mission statement, and/or the types of employment opportunities anticipated. A text box is provided on the registration form or you may upload the information. Additional profile information can be found at the link below.

Advertising Opportunity (Optional)

We will also offer advertising opportunities in the directory this year for any of you that may be interested. The advertisement will be one full page (vertical 8.5” x 11”) and printed in black and white. The directory has served as a valuable resource for the students to reference on the website throughout the year. 

Event-Day Details

Set-up

We ask that representatives arrive between 9:30a-10:30a.m. to have adequate time to set up their table. Refreshments will be offered, starting at 9:30 a.m. Each company/agency will be provided with a 6-foot rectangle table for the distribution of information and visual displays to meet with interested students.

Guest Wireless

We ask that you submit the email address of the representative who will be in attendance on the day of the Fair for guest-wireless purposes.  If the representative is unknown at the time of registration, please contact Career Services with any updates to your registration by March 23th 2018.
