After returning to the area recently and seeing how the Pitt-Greensburg campus had grown, I was interested in reconnecting and found that I could be involved with activities and the alumni group. As I became more involved, the opportunity to serve in the PGAA as a Board member arose. Since I had time and was enthusiastic about making a contribution, I was glad to participate. At this time, there are two primary goals that I would like to pursue: to further the mission of the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg by helping to differentiate it from competing institutions in the eyes of the public and prospective students and to engage both recent and long-time alumni in creating an active community of mutual support and help to enhance the value of the Pitt-Greensburg experience.

It is an honor and a pleasure to serve as Vice President of the PGAA.  I was very involved as a student at Pitt-Greensburg, and serving on the PGAA Board is a natural and a fulfilling transition.  I am so grateful for the countless ways in which this university has helped shape me, and I am thrilled to remain a small contributor to the efforts of my beloved alma mater.  It is my hope that the PGAA Board continues to engage alumni from all eras and encourages many to maintain a lifelong relationship with Pitt-Greensburg.

I am honored to serve on the Board of Directors and as Secretary of the PGAA Executive Board. I look forward to giving back to the University that has provided me many wonderful opportunities in my life.  I am excited to assist in the continued growth and development of the PGAA.  It will be a privilege to work with my fellow board members to create new opportunities for Pitt-Greensburg alumni and to continue to involve current PGAA members with fun events where we can gather and share our love for our great University.  I also look forward to any contribution I can make that will enhance our beautiful campus and make it a number one choice for prospective students.

I loved my time as a student at Pitt-Greensburg, and I want to continue my involvement as an alum. The moment I heard they were looking for new members for the Board, I immediately knew it was an opportunity I wanted to be a part of. As a student, I was heavily involved with campus clubs and organizations, such as SGA, SAB, Residence Life, and Habitat for Humanity. Through those experiences, I was able to make changes on campus and make a difference in other people's lives. With all my past experience, I hope to bring some fresh ideas to the PGAA and give back to Pitt-Greensburg since it has given me so much. I am really looking forward to being a voice for the alumni and helping out with events, such as Blue & Gold Weekend.
