Student-Right-To-Know Graduation Rate Disclosure

The graduation rate at the Greensburg Campus of the University of Pittsburgh, calculated according to the U.S. Department of Education guidelines, is 56%.

This Student-Right-to-Know (SRTK) Graduation Rate is described as follows:

  • It is based upon students who entered as full-time, first-time freshmen and graduated within 150% of the length of their program. For example, in regards to associate-seeking freshmen, this 150% measure describes students graduating from a two-year program within three years; and in regards to baccalaureate-seeking freshmen, this 150% measure describes students graduating from a four-year program within six years.
  • It is an average of the graduation rates of four freshman classes, with these being the most recent four classes for which the above 150% measure can be determined.

Specifically, in regards to the SRTK graduation rate of 56%, it is based upon freshmen who entered in the fall terms of 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004, with the 150% measure calculated as follows:

  • In regards to associate-seeking freshmen, it is based on the numbers of these students graduating in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007, respectively.
  • In regards to baccalaureate-seeking students, it is based on the numbers of these students graduating in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010, respectively.

Baccalaureate-Seeking Freshmen Entering in Fall 2004

The six-year graduation rate for the most recent entering class (Fall 2004), graduating by 2010, was 58%.
